Taxi Tariffs & Fixed Fares — CabCo Taxis
CabCo Taxis publishes clear pricing for local journeys and fixed fares from Canterbury, Ashford and Folkestone to London.
Fixed London Fares from Kent
- Saloon from Canterbury, Ashford or Folkestone: from £160 without the London Congestion Charge, or from £180 when it applies.
- MPV from Canterbury, Ashford or Folkestone: from £180 without the London Congestion Charge, or from £200 when it applies.
These are starting prices. The exact quote depends on the route, destination, date and vehicle requirement. The Congestion Charge allowance is separate from traffic waiting time.
Waiting Time and Traffic
On applicable local metered journeys, the time component can account for traffic that slows or stops the vehicle. CabCo does not add a separate traffic-waiting surcharge to fixed-price airport or London journeys. Passenger-requested waiting or route changes are handled under the booking terms agreed with you.
Airport Transfer Prices
- Heathrow Airport: saloon from £150; MPV up to 9 seats from £190.
- Gatwick Airport: saloon from £140; MPV up to 9 seats from £160.
- Stansted Airport: saloon from £150; MPV up to 9 seats from £190.
- Luton Airport: saloon from £165; MPV up to 9 seats from £200.
- London City Airport: saloon from £150; MPV up to 9 seats from £190.
- Southend Airport: saloon from £140; MPV up to 9 seats from £160.
Airport prices include 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time after arrival or the scheduled pickup. After the included 30 minutes, additional waiting is charged at £0.33 per minute. Normal traffic during the fixed journey does not add a separate waiting charge.
Local Tariff Guide
CabCo’s supplied local tariff framework starts from £6 for the first mile, £2 for each additional mile and £0.33 per minute for applicable waiting time. Night and Sunday journeys may be charged at 1.5x. Your booking quote and the tariff in force at the time take priority.

- 7-seater — Pickup price: £7. Distance band: first mile at £0, then £2.80 per mile. Waiting time: £0.33 per minute when applicable.
- 8-seater — Pickup price: £7. Distance band: first mile at £0, then £3.20 per mile. Waiting time: £0.33 per minute when applicable.
